We had a fantastic experience. The team was careful and knowledgeable. They took extra time to do things right and had our new mini split system looking and working great. Highly recommended!
Got completely scammed! Told us our panel board was broken on our furnace and it was going to be around 800$ to fix it. Mind you we just paid 1K to fix our motor that was "broken".. Which also we found out was a lie. So we called in Isaac heating and cooling to see if the board was really broken. Turns out nothing was wrong with our furnace at all. All in all we gave them 1,300$ for absolutely nothing. And it honestly sucks. But you live and you learn. Do not recommend these guys!
I use to use another company until a friend referred Wilcox. The other company tried to tell me my heat exchangers were iffy. The technician was condescending. It was all just crazy. The same former company tried to rip off my neighbor. Wilcox, I will say is forever, in my heart. Wilcox is fair and get this, told me my heat exchangers were great!!. Stop your search! This will be the last service company you'll ever call, I assure you. If you're like me, you're mechanically challenged. This forces us to put our faith and trust in professionals to get the job done. I (like an idiot) contacted a big name company to diagnose and service a dead boiler.
