I can't say enough great things about Jon and the crew at Wilcox Service Company. Jon did a full install several years ago, updating our 1860's home in Hilton to modern efficient heat pumps, which has kept our family cool in the summer and toasty in the winter. Always my #1 recommendation to my family and friends!
Such a great experience with WSC! Our water heater was not working and Jon showed up, checked it out, and relit the pilot light. No pressure-packed sales pitch on a new one (it’s old), no unnecessary charges, but a fair and simple explanation of things. Quick, fair, awesome. 5+ stars!!
