Knowledgeable, friendly & accurately answered my questions very quickly. They then handed me relevant documentation for my own future reference.
Customer service is not a strength in some employees who work there.
They are always dependable, although the docs e send scripts, so they leave the liability on the pharmacist...choose for yourself. They always treated me friendly, though!
Wonderful!!! Wonderful!!!! These people are so helpful!! I had problems with my insurance company and Wilcox worked for weeks to help get it solved. Their compounds are life changing for me. I don't understand Jane Doe's review. Compounds take a few days to make so order them during the week. What is so hard about that? If they are charging you for 50 pills, do you expect to get 100?
