Wilcox was able, during busy season, to send a tech the next day due to an unexpected scheduling conflict. Thanks so much to Zoe for making this happen. I'm sure I did not make it easy, but Zoe handled it like a professional. Also, Ken showed up early today and was aware of the notes taken when we closed down my system in 2024. He opened up the system, made the noted changes and walked me through a few things. It's obvious he knows what he's doing. Great job...
