So I bought a Wilcox J arm for my PVS-14 from a major retailer, we will call them, Poptics Lanet. I got a used model expecting scratches for a discounted price. What I got was a broken mount that was non usable and non refundable . I contacted Wilcox industries and they had me send some pics. Lo and behold I had a replacement coming within about 15 min. They didn’t have to do this but because they are awesome and stand behind their products they fixed a problem that wasn’t theirs! A++++++
