Great people, Great service, no pressure sales, stand behind what they sell.
Love my Creed XS. Its supernatural. Tom was super cool . I got exactly what I wanted and they didn't try to sell me a bunch of useless junk to make a quick buck. Will never buy archery equipment and firearms at that "other Pro shop" again.
Would like to thank Mason and Tom for the outstanding customer service in ordering and setting up my new Mathews CreedXS. Wilcox Bait and Tackle is great. 5 stars all the way.
Terrible customer service today! Went and spent 150 dollars on a rest and couldn't get it mounted on my bow for a week. The service tech was working on a bow that was being repaired. I was the only customer in the store , it takes maybe 15 minutes to hook the rest up. I'm not waiting a week for that service . Not satisfied !!!
They are THE place to go when one goes to buy a bow. Whish I had lisened to my friend before I wen I bought my bow from thoes nocounts at bass pro. Will go to them for all my future bow purchases.
