Bill told me at the beginning not to worry, "we treat you like family". Well, not really. We had a AC blower motor in garage catch fire and spread the fire thru the attic. Extensive soot and smoke damages to our possessions and inside of house had to be rebuilt. We decided not to clean all the furniture except certain items.
