Honest, explain things clearly and don't rip you off. Mark has done some "2 minute tighten the bolt and it's fixed" kind of jobs for free numerous times! He and the gang are life savers. They are incredibly kind and patient with my elderly parents and are so generous with their time and knowledge sharing. Great team!
