Never had a problem, always on time. Of all the other trash services in my area, this is the only one that is reliable
Two weeks with no pickup and they will not answer their phone. This is not the first time this has happened. I have never been credited for missed weeks, but my bill has increased 40% in the past year. GFL is not helpful either; they just refer us back to Wilco.
