Brady Leith showed up on time and explained options for repairing a leaky outdoor faucet. He was able to fix it quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the result.
Norman showed up before lunch on Monday, consistent with what Wilbur had committed. We had multiple issues (one related to a shower head leak, the other related to excessive HVAC condensation). Both issues were assessed with an additional issue assessed/ repaired.
I have had to reduce my review to one star. I have been a customer of Wilbur for years and a pink plan member. We have had an on-going problem for over 2 months. They came out, did two hours of work and charged us almost $4,000. The problem was NEVER fixed. They have sent multiple techs out only to have them say they have no idea what the problem is. This is the Best company with the Best employees in all of Alabama. They explain the options you have and if something is beyond repair, they tell you. They prices are very reasonable. Brady was here today and is a consummate professional.
