We used Lauren as our real estate lawyer when buying our first home. Everything can be stressful and kind of overwhelming buying a home the first time, but Lauren was friendly and patient, explaining everything carefully to us. Lauren and her team (shoutout to Melanie) were very quick to reply via email and phone call and we also were able to get in quickly to sign paperwork. I highly recommend Lauren if you’re looking for a real estate lawyer. Thank you!
Fantastic great help and support Highly recommended
Used the younger lawyer to try and settle a property dispute in prosserbrook. He talked me into sending the other land owner letters to try and scare him. After i paid him to send two letters that did no good it was then he told me that the other land owner was right and i had no title to their land. Would have been alot cheaper if he was honest with me at the beginning.
