I wanted to give this place 5 stars because they were so helpful and really on top of everything. They delivered on time and even before that, I went in to check out what wheelchairs they had. The staff took the time to explain and show me how to use the wheelchair, pointing out the differences in the footrests too. When they delivered it, they were kind enough to wait for my mom so she could try it out herself. On top of that, I even got a follow-up call to see if we needed anything else. My mom and I had a good experience here. We came on a weekday. Rang the bell out front (I understand their security because of the abundance of homeless people nearby the metro station) and we were welcomed in. We did have to wait just a bit to be helped, but after that things went smoothly. Gave the doctor's order to the owner and we had my mom's new rollater delivered in a week. (Delivery is dependent on how fast the doctor gets back to them and ours got back right away.) I would recommend supporting this local business.

If I can gave -10 I would, DO NOT USE WILBUR medical ever. Even if it’s your last resort. I thought giving business to a local store is good thing. I wanted to support them. 3 weeks ago, I dropped my prescription there to a man named Girgis. 2 weeks passed, called to ck on it. Nobody picked up the phone, only can leave message. Left 3 messages at different times and days. Finally got a call, could not understand the name of the person. Called to have equipment picked up that we no longer need Oct 29th. Was told the driver would call the next day and set up a time to get it. Its now a week later and after 3 messages I still haven’t heard back. Will be calling insurance company to make sure they are not going to charge for the equipment for November. Will also be calling Medical and Medicaid to make sure the do not charge them either for November.
