Friendly when he answered the phone. He was polite and carried the oil pan heating duct to my truck for me. Will continue to come and support this family business.
Great local small family owned shop refused to let me pay for some sheet metal bending that I needed a brake to do. Took me almost a month to catch the old guy at the shop again so I could drop off a six pack o beer to say thank u and his son was there and is taking over the business nice to see a small family business stay in the family.
