Detailed, thorough. In reading some of the comments I dont think he's rude or arrogant. I just think his personality is different, almost like an actuary but it's not a bad thing. He didn't talk down to me.
Riverbend them self's is junk. Their patient to doctor ratio is way to high. Then they team up with mercy worst mistake. Dr Haller is best doctor this place does and will ever have. He needs leave open his own practice. So if your looking for a doctor. Dr Haller is only guy you want. I don't get along with people but this guy been my doctor for 7ish years and I can tell him anything we laugh we joke and he takes care of all my problems. Very educated even though his metaphors are way out in ball park sometimes lol.

Caring and thoughtful care by providers who are very knowledgeable and experienced. I’m an old retired doc and the physicians here are first class.
I am very happy with the Wilbraham location. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Banker. He really cares about my children. I am saddened to see the review bashing him - he is a very genuine, down to earth, smart Doctor.
