Nasty vinegar based BBQ. Meat stinks. I used to live in Goldsboro in the mid 70's. After growing up in Alabama, Mississippi, and TN, I could not wait to get out of this vinegar crap. Went back in 2015 for s class reunion, and it was worse than ever, my wife could not eat it.
Very disappointed. No skin bag but 5 .00 for a small tray. Skin was so hard and dripping with grease and the sauce tasted old! Bbq chicken wasn’t bbq at all but very plastic baked chicken. Never seen plastic skin on chicken. Just a bad choice for food. The waiters and service people were fantastic! Pleasant staff. Wasted 20.00 but it’s ok. I tried to support!
Best owner and his son very helpful great service and a great manager Samantha who was the best and makes some of the best deserts home made great food drove 3 plus hours to get some of the best BBQ in the state to bring home if you like BBQ you won’t go anywhere else
