My water heater kicked the bucket (leaking). Marty installed it, so I reached out to him for help on this one. It took 2 days to get a response, which was met with "I can maybe get it next week" on a Monday, followed by "not sure" when I asked if it would be early next week. The guy couldn't care less. I think he does decent work, but getting to that point might be like pulling teeth.
