Stanley Wilbanks installed the wrong Hvac unit 2018. It has given us constant problems. They would not return our calls so we went with another company to service the unit. Now fast forward 2 years and the whole hvac system has failed 6 years after install by Stanley Wilbanks. We tried again to contact them last week not yet realizing the full extent of their incompetence. They said they would be out the next day. Never showed and never called.
