Everything was great. 5 min in lobby, 5 min in room and doctor took time to explain things.
Very pleasant and to the point.
First time ever customer relations from desk check in was not patient family oriented in service. Tried calling to say on the way and was on hold for and then an automated voice answered. Finally got some one and she said she would call. She was cordial. Also automatic answered and said no appointment today, after asking for his name. My concern is the service from behind the desk and a family member present with my 94 year old father ( his hearing and their understanding) once called. Thank u.
