Purchased a radiant heat panel from wilbanks and it's getting extremely hot like 160-180 degrees on the surface, it's running a herpstat in pulse mode, I've also switched to a ve-200 in pulse mode same issue. I've called 20+ no one ever answers the phone texted and gotten 1 response hours later. I thought the customer service would be a little bit better considering they are the most expensive heat panels on the market, but I guess not I'll update if they resolve it.
