Had a great experience with this company! The guys were accommodating & well mannered! Can’t thank them enough for their service! Also left the place all clean & tidy! Lovely men too. So grateful. Will definitely recommend & use again.
Called out on a non emergency fault find. Charged £330 for 2.5 hrs work which worked out to be £132 per hour including vat. Refused to provide a report until I threaten not to pay. Then provided a two lines report that concluded there was a fault on the ring circuit. No help what so ever. Also, never screwed back all the sockets tested back to the wall securely. Avoid.
The work was carried out efficiently and professionally and the 3 men who came to our house were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them strongly and enthusiastically. This is an excellent firm which exceeds all expectations.
Sourced and installed replacement bathroom extractor fan. Good price, minimum of fuss, happy to recommend.
