We called Allen about some issues we were having in our bathroom with outlets and a light fixture. He was here within the hour- very professional, knowledgeable and found the problem right away. He fixed the problem with ease and was extremely fair priced. He wanted to do everything the RIGHT way- which is hard to find now a days. He is a very easy to get along with guy and did what he was hired to do. I highly recommend Willaby enterprises for electrical work. He deserves more than he charges.
Alan Wilaby (Wilaby Enterprises) is dishonest. I took an espresso machine to him for repair. He was supposed to change the PID (controls temp) and the thermo-coupler, both parts I provided from the tech company that originally installed the PID. I also gave him the phone numkber to the tech expert in case he needed assistance. He replaced the PID but the machine has never worked correctly since.
