Wil-Surge sent their tech Matthew to my house today to upgrade an electrical outlet in my bathroom. Matthew was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me (in language I could understand) what he would be doing, why and what he recommended for down the road should I decide to do more work. It was really refreshing to feel heard and respected! I highly recommend Wil-Surge if you need electrical work done.
