Dr. Bartley is a very good physician. He listens to his patients however they’re only getting a two star because the entire rest of the staff doesn’t know how to handle patients. Completely frustrated with the way this office handles "continued care". I was told in May the day before my Doctors appointment that my doctor quit, but I had a doctor already lined up but I cannot see them until the end of September. I inquired about my medications and refills since a med check is what my appointment was for. Well I called today because I have zero refills on my stuff, only to be told that the doctor who took over doesn't prescribe some if my specific meds so I cannot get refills. I have to wait until the ... read more

I cannot even begin to state how much I so deeply appreciate the care provided to me by Dr. Bartley and his staff. I have a "zebra" condition, and having worked in medicine myself, I know it is beyond taxing for health professionals to have to deal with me. Dr. Bartley, NP Long, Nurse Ashley and the office staff are true gems! It's been a process for me, but this office has helped get me my life back. I am not the type to give up...
