Vacuums are whack
Horrible it's always out of service right after bad weather
Very ghetto, unprofessional customer service not only did the wash break down DURING the wash on 2 separate occasions but sometimes they don't even do a pre-spray before you enter which they're supposed to do. Please go to the Tyvola Rd location or the Albemarle Rd location stay away from this one, corporate management seriously needs to come down here and have an intervention at the "Westside" location!!!
