I had a order of some keychain ghosts made. Unfortunately, we found that the one color was easy to break. We contacted them the same day. And they absolutely went to work fixing the problem. It was nothing that they did. They tried out some new filament, and unfortunately it was just not up to their standards. After talking with them very quickly. They apologized for the entire ordeal and wanted to fix the situation. Absolute wonderful customer service. I will absolutely be buying from them again.
Incredible craftsmanship on everything I saw at horrorhound. Stunning and beautiful work. Wendy chatted with me for awhile and was very kind. When my card was continually declined she actually gave me the cone I kept trying to buy. I will definitely buy from her as soon as I given the chance as so many other things caught my eye. Very awesome glows in the blacklight!
