Please never rent from these people. Their cleaning fees are outrageous and will charge you anyway whether you clean or not! I could go on and on about specifics...we tried to ask honest questions about some of the charges and never even got respected enough to receive a response! She just threatened legal action when all we were doing is ask questions! Save yourself a nightmare and just don't rent from them!
Staff and owner are extremely friendly and helpful. Helps with repairs when you ask and they get snow removal and yard work done right away! Love that it’s locally owned and family ran business. Housing is extremely affordable!
