I value the time I spend at Dr. Whitney's Chiropractic office because I know I am getting the care I need to alleviate the (constant stiffness) I was having in my neck. With listening to Dr. Whitney he offers sound advice and many examples of what my future could look like when using the tools he has suggested including daily exercises, orthotics, sturdy shoes, and adjustments.
