Oh. My. Gosh. The Wigwam Motel in San Bernardino is a Route 66 treasure. From the warm welcome by the family owners to the beautiful room decor to the guests conversing in the pool to the “It’s So Cool to Stay in a Wigwam”, this is a roadside motel experience not to be missed!
Great unique location to stop. If you are in the area you must stop and visit or spend the night! Great gift shop with friendly staff!
This was by far our favorite stay on Route 66. The motels grounds and wigwams were immaculate. The motel was conveniently located for food, gas, and interstate access. We loved the pool area as well. This is a must stay if you’re traveling down Route 66.
