Christine was very helpful. This place does check credit, even though if you're buying in full. They do not let you rent eitherif your credit isn't great. Which I understand, but if you have a good chunk to put down I would think they'd reconsider.... People make mistakes financially, but that doesn't mean they'll not pay. For being a mobile home park it is very clean and well kept the mobile homes themselves look maintained, management is professional and friendly. We have gone during the evening as well and found that is very tranquil at all times of the day. If you are looking for somewhere to live this mobile home park’ “in my opinion” is one of the nicest I’ve seen
