Christine was very helpful. This place does check credit, even though if you're buying in full. They do not let you rent eitherif your credit isn't great. Which I understand, but if you have a good chunk to put down I would think they'd reconsider.... People make mistakes financially, but that doesn't mean they'll not pay.
