Had shower cubicle and toilet fitted at great expense. Have issues with both due to sloppy work. Asked this to be rectified but had no response. Also waited all day for the fitter to come and finish job and no one turned up and no communication. I cannot recommend this company
Fitted my mums bathroom but it flooded 18 months later. Called a reputable plumber who wouldn’t touch it as it was fitted incorrectly. Paul promised us he would fix it and wouldn’t leave my mum without a fully working toilet. Turned up one day to take photos but he purposely lifted the pipe up that was the issue. Clearly just wanted a photo to look like it was fitted properly to cover his back. He then didn’t turn up when he said he would to fix it, blocked my mums number and wouldn’t answer my calls. Fantastic service from start to finish Paul was fantastic and knew what I wanted. Nick the fitter was brilliant made a cracking job, so pleased with my new bathroom. Thanks guys highly recommended 😀
