Never had such poor customer service. I should of read the reviews! Everything in the comments on the reviews are true. How does this place stay in business!! Very expensive!! Very mean person!! Just absoutley terrible!
Ridiculously expensive. Their mark-up price on products is 2-3 times more than what you'd pay for the same product at other beauty supply stores. For example I went in to purchase an 8oz tub of Jam it was marked $18.99, priced this same exact jam at another beauty supply, online and at Walmart and the price is $7.99. So pretty much I just gave this place $10 extra dollars because when I went to return it less than 5 minutes after purchasing, the receipt says, "NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS, GOD BLESS YOU!" I came in to buy hair cause I'm losing mine by the handful...ladies were so helpful and prices were great! I will definitely be back!
