Ridiculously expensive. Their mark-up price on products is 2-3 times more than what you'd pay for the same product at other beauty supply stores. For example I went in to purchase an 8oz tub of Jam it was marked $18.99, priced this same exact jam at another beauty supply, online and at Walmart and the price is $7.99. So pretty much I just gave this place $10 extra dollars because when I went to return it less than 5 minutes after purchasing, the receipt says, "NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS, GOD BLESS YOU!" Should have listened the bad reviews. I don't think I've ever entered a store that customer service was so rude. The minute you walk in she tells you that you can't touch the wigs and wants to know what you're doing there. She followed us around the store the whole time and when we would make a comment on whether a wig was cute or not she would tell us that that's not the wig that we needed and that we needed to do this wig or that wig.
