Excellent customer service, haven't been to this location I'm awhile but I'm glad I stopped by today to get some hair products.
Went with my gf to look at wigs and she say a wig that showed 99.99$ it was within her budget and she wanted it to we got it. The man who works there said he’d give us a 15% discount and after ringing up the total I was then told the total amount was 65$ I didn’t do the math with the discount given and bought the wig. I then looked at the receipt and it said 650$ which was way out of the price. I requested a refund and he tried to get me to make it store credit which I told him no.
