They have a lot of supplies. You most likely will find what you are looking for. But for wigs, many of them are overpriced compared to other beauty supply stores. This store gives 20% off, but that is what the wig should originally cost, so you're not actually getting a deal. They markup more in order to sell you the wig at its original cost.
