I wanted so much to love this experience - my first In a wig store. I read the reviews and they sounded so positive... I arrived from Montreal with a mission - to buy a wig. Armed with a fistful of dollars, I entered the store with my sister (who lives down here). Although we were initially greeted by one of the 2 ladies working there, she then ignored us completely. Sales people very rude and unprofessional. Also, after my mother and I went in to look at more wigs, after buying 4 wigs the couple of weeks prior, we were told we would have to pay $60 to try on more wigs. We were not asked to do this the first two times we were in. Ridiculous! When we were in the prior week, the sales person seemed very inconvenienced because I tried on the wigs myself. This is the second hair extension that I have purchased from this store. Nancy has sold me both of them. She is very "hands-on" trying on various extensions to ensure that I was completely satisfied. She also cut and styled them. The store has a great inventory and the quality of hair is amazing!! Nobody even knows that I am wearing them.

This wig boutique has the best selection anywhere. I went in for a wig because of my thinning hair. They showed me a hair replacement piece that was human hair. It matched my hair exactly. The stylist cut it in to a beautiful cut. She was very experienced and she knew exactly what I wanted. I get so many compliments on my hair. I am so happy I found this wonderful store .I highly recommend this business, Five stars is not enough!

I was so happy with the detailed work and wonderful service at this wig and hair extension store. The staff is wonderful and the best anywhere. They go out of their way to make you happy. They are very creative stylists and extremely honest. You will love this place if you need extensions or a great human hair wig I reccomend them highly.

Nancy is horrible. I wasn't in a rush for wig. Was unhappy and wanted to order one. She rushed me out and when I called to tell her I want to order one she told me it would cost the same with shipping and I couldn't return the wig. No one told me there are no returns. She said there are signs all over the place. That is a lie. I researched the company and they don't make their wigs. Really disappointed and wasted $300 today. Don't waste your time there

Absolutely Love This Place.Nancy helped me find the perfect hair for my big night out.I left feeling beautiful.I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend that if your looking for good quality ,Great prices, And a Excellent selection then this is the place.5 Stars!!!!!So happy.
