If I could give less than one star I would. The staff can be helpful, but they are deceiving. They just want to make a sale. I purchased extensions, but later that night I tried them out and found numerous problems with the pieces. I called and explained this to the owner, she had no sympathy whatsoever. She was extremely rude and claimed that it was no longer her fault. No customer service!! I highly recommend going elsewhere to purchase extensions or wigs!
