Wigram Culture Fitness is a warm and welcoming boutique gym where you are made to feel special as soon as you walk through the doors. It's a great place to workout on your own or with one of their fully trained PTs. I am trained by Sophie she's been working with me to build up strength prior to my knee surgery which I had this week and having more strength has made a huge difference my specialist is amazed at how well Im doing which is all thanks to Sophies excellent coaching and guidance.
