Great range and staff are friendly and knowledgable. Jim in particular has outstanding customer service and goes above and beyond to resolve any issues or concerns. Highly recommend!
poor customer service - they don't understand the guildelines (according to their own advice, NONE of the fireplaces in their brochures are compliant), and when we called to discuss, got told 'I'm with a customer, will have to call back'. why did you answer the phone/ why didn't you say so at the beginning of the call. don't waste your time, go somewhere else.
Soulla and the team have been amazing to deal with from ordering through to help with installation manuals and helping find installation providers. Just the best!!!

Excellent service, today was a breath of fresh air dealing with the team at the Wignalls Blackburn shop. The service people went out of their way to ensure we received quality and engaging service. I couldn’t recommend the team highly enough! If you want a fireplace this is your shop! Needless to say we purchased a new fireplace !!
