Receptionist made me feel so uncomfortable, I am looking elsewhere.
Im a patient at this dentist practice (Luke) and have to say its a awesome place. The receptionsts are polite, kind, caring and understanding. My dentist is also a brilliant guy. Forgot his name but brilliant by all accounts. Had fillimgs done, and plauqe removed and gum shields fitted. Its by far the best dentist i have been too and as a nhs patient im incredibly lucky to be here
Given it a 1 star because I have to rate it. but they do not deserve that. Been waiting over two months for an appointment When I turn up, they said sorry it is cancelled despite confirming over the phone that I am coming and with several reminders to attend the appointment tried to push you to go private. The reception staff will give out false information and are incompetent. On the day I turn up they tried to offer me another 2 1/2 months wait. I have a hole in the tooth and waited this long for nothingThe place is a joke
What a friendly place , great service and would definitely recommend. Look forward to seeing for my next checkup
Rude receptionist wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before I was patronised and told "well if you listen you would know" then put the phone down on me abruptly I'm sure the dentist is perfectly competent but how is there such a rude person allowed to be the first introduction for patients. From what I can see from other reviews I am not the only one who has experienced similar mistreatment at the hand of receptionist staff here and I hope the issue will be resolved but unfortunately I am not too convinced it will.
