Closed during posted hours, called posted number with no answer. Probably not interested in doing business any more.
Rushed us to closing but was late to the meeting after not even telling me about the scheduled day/time until I called multiple days in a row (many calls going unanswered or simply unreturned). Insisted he told me though he didn’t. Took over 3 months and multiple correspondence from us and our insurance agent to get the check from closing on 10/30/24 to the insurance company which resulted in cancellation and reinstatement of our policy.
Don't trust them, Found a lien on the home I was purchasing told me it was taken care of and was paid on the home when I signed the closing papers,8 months later I find out that the lien was not paid. called several times and the owner Jeff would not speak to me. Thank god I had the owners policy for it to get resolved.
