Went to Wights for the first time in 5 years. Impressed with the Christmas decor and selection, but very disappointed in the customer service - not one employee out of the 5 that I ran into asked if they could help me find anything, and then after spending $125, I barely got a "Thank You" out of the cashier. Wights needs to remember that is the customer who drives their business. In this economy, customers are not a nuisance, they are a necessity.
