Ordered in plenty of time for my Alaskan hunt everything said in stock and available a week later get an email saying order was canceled. Call them directly asked if they had any other options. They couldn’t care less.I would write them a zero star if it was an option On customer service

Just went in and had the best experience. I came in as a novice, explained what I was planning to do, and they helped me find the perfect sleeping bag. After discussing my needs as a team, they recommended a bag that fits exactly what I was looking for. They also have the sweetest dog, Missy, who made the visit even better. I'll definitely be coming back for more sleeping bags as I continue to build out my gear. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. Rude short emails, to customer questions. Like you are bothering asking about their products. And long rambling ones on the newsletter, the self absorbed old guy is a real piece of work. There are better companies to deal with in this world who care about their customer and support them after the sale. I choose to take my business there. 0/5 stars

Rude customer service, I had to listen to the lady give me deep sighs after each of my questions—I couldn’t wait to get off the phone. Additionally, BOTH of the bags zippers broke. Garbage product, I can’t use either bag and just threw them in the trash.
