Terrible customer service. Rude short emails, to customer questions. Like you are bothering asking about their products. And long rambling ones on the newsletter, the self absorbed old guy is a real piece of work. There are better companies to deal with in this world who care about their customer and support them after the sale. I choose to take my business there. 0/5 stars
Rude customer service, I had to listen to the lady give me deep sighs after each of my questions—I couldn’t wait to get off the phone. Additionally, BOTH of the bags zippers broke. Garbage product, I can’t use either bag and just threw them in the trash.
Great old-school American gear company. I've got a Superlight bag and like it so much I bought the wife one too. If there's a better car, wall tent, or stock packing sleeping bag out there I'm not aware of it! Anytime weight/space isn't as important, but staying warm and DRY is, the Wiggys bags get the nod. Love the little extras that get thrown in to most orders like sleep socks and ponchos as well. Oh, and suuuuper fast shipping.
