Hollis gave my doodle a great grooming and Shawn was very helpful with treat recommendations and apparel try ons. Great vibe.
Store staff made the visit outstanding. Great chat with the Cubs fan from Ohio. I'm now fan of the location and will gladly transition from PetSmart.
Took my Wheaten-Terrier in for a grooming. He was pretty matted (I'm such a bad parent at keeping him brushed when his hair gets shaggy) The staff was SO sweet and made me feel comfortable leaving my Pup there. They were very professional and explained to me clearly what they would have to do with the matting, etc. There's nothing worse than coming to pick your dog up and being shocked by the haircut. Not the case here! I just rescheduled :)
