We dropped off today for our dogs preliminary meet and greet. Both dogs had a great time, they are sleeping like maybe they played all afternoon and I’m taking them back next week to see how they react when we walk in again. I expect them to ge excited. Staff friendly and helpful and most importantly all obviously dog people. They were in good hands today
I brought Claire for her first puppy trial day. Leading up to it, the staff were so incredibly nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. When we arrived, they were just as warm as they were over the phone. Including the staff working directly with the dogs. Fantastic customer service. Isabella at reception is so sweet and helpful. First time boarding our puppy. Overall very happy with the service. We will be back! Wish we lived closer to make daycare more feasible.
