I booked a birthday party for my 4 year old on Nov 1st for December 14 on the website and got a confirmation via email. Never heard anything else from them so I thought all was good until today (the day of the party) I pull up with my family and a 4 year old super excited to have a great day with family and friends celebrating him to find a hand written note saying sorry closed…. My littles always have a blast! I nanny and offer child care. Wiggle Works is our go to for indoor playground fun! We love the inclusivity, the atmosphere, and the community. It is always clean and the staff is top notch!!
We have been coming to wiggle worms for years. And unfortunately it has really gone down hill. Every time we come in, the person and persons working are atleast 15 minutes late and are never on time and then sometimes do not even open for a little while after they get their because they have to get the place ready for the kids. And they also have their kids there. Which I think it is wonderful to have the opportunity to bring your kids to work with you, they do not watch their kids at all.
