WORST PLACE EVER. They shaved my dog bald when I specifically told them not to and i saw a few places they scratched her. I have never seen my dog this traumatized in my life after the groomers, she was depressed for HOURS. They did not cut her nails, brush her teeth or clean her ears as they were supposed to with the grooming package. Even a 1 star rating is too much for this place. I should have known it was bad as soon as I walked in how dirty it looked and no AC on a 90 degree day. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN ASAP PLEASE
I've took my dog here's a few times they didn't do too bad of a job . But we took him on saturday Feb24th 2018 and they butchered him he had parts of him was completely shaved other parts that was long and didn't even touch it was horrible. It looks like they started in one section and went to another and forgot about the first section they started. My husband picked him up from there.
