Just like all the other people I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! took my weedeater in for a tune up which I could have done myself and have done before, but they say they need a special tool to work on my weedeater. They told me 3 weeks 2 months later no weedeater and they still have not worked on it. Seems they only care about the timber companies to me. This is what they call customer service???
