Poorly managed, HOA is controlled by one person who owns the majority of the units. Management company doesn't do anything to make the place better.
Good company and nice quiet complex
Nice location...but someone plays loud music early in the morning plus late at night its on the 3rd floor...plus you sign a a document saying its not allowed....great place other then that ..and you get no response from property manager..
