My company used this cleaning service for several years. In December, 2018 the janitor that cleaned our facility quit. Wiggins Cleaning did not replace the janitor that left our facility, and we had pre-paid for the month. Not only did we go weeks without our building being cleaned, Wiggins has not refunded the partial month that was paid for in advance.
