Not very good at keeping the line of communication going nor returning emails or telephone calls.
Funeral service was very well done! Thank you! BUT….It has been 14 months since my dad Conrad Lebrun has passed and still there is no engraving on his stone. This is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I have made endless and endless calls to your office and all I get is excuses and it is still not done. What upsets me the most is my dad was friends with Stephen. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I am beyond upset!
It's a time of sorrow and sadness when love one's pass. The staff is very compassionate, caring and go out of their way to help you during such a sad time. They are the best.
Very caring and compassionate as well as professional. Made the decision making less stressful. Highly recommend.
