From start to finish 10/10. Walking in through the front door everything was spotlessly clean and I was warmly greeted by Darren who took me through to the treatment room which was also spotlessly clean, light and bright. Darren’s extensive knowledge and expertise is without saying 5 star (as his numerous awards and qualifications show). Will definitely recommend to others, Thank you so much Darren.
Fantastic experience each time I visit Wigan Hearing. Darren explains everything, ensures there are no issues and builds a great relationship. After experiencing hearing issues for many years, Darren has managed to sort them out through thorough wax removal.
Could not be happier with the sevice provided by Wigan Hearing. My elderly auntie who is 96 years old was really anxious to go into the clinic for wax removal. Darren made sure to explain everything to her fully and she was calm and relaxed in no time. She said she would definitely go back to see him at the clinic if she needed too and he was lovely, friendly and polite. Above all she is absolutely thrilled that she can now hear properly again. Always a fantastic service with a warm welcome. I have been for earwax removal on 2 occasions and each time my issue has been resolved in a timely manner and Ive been listened to each time, alongside checks of my ears to ensure nothing underlying also and lots of knowledge and tips for ear care. For anything ear related I cannot recommend Wigan Hearing enough.
