Very good service and the prices are very good too...I went in with my mother who hasn't worn a wig since the 1960s but is now losing her hair to age. We were both reluctant to shop online as we didn't know exactly what she wanted or what to look for. The staff were amazing at putting her at ease and answered all our questions. The $5 fee was reasonable as we had no idea how to even put one on, and was given a receipt so when we come back and make a purchase it can be deducted from the price.
Well my experience here wasn't great. I wanted a human hair, straight haired wig. I called ahead of time and spoke to a man. My clear question was: "Will this wig be straight after water/washing?" Their reply was "Yes yes it's straight hair, we have it in store". I said "OK great because I dont want a wig that is curly after washing because of the heat damage". So I commute to the store. When we entered the store we were asked to pay $5 to try 2-3 wigs. For someone who is going through chemo and have lost hair it's not a matter of vanity changing one's look, but rather finding something that suits them especially during this difficult time. I'm disappointed and unhappy with their service.
The best quality, and the best products! The customer service is phenomenal and unmatched, would be my go to place for all hair needs!
