instead of giving my dog a schnauzer cut like I requested, they shaved him completely, without even telling us first! wtf!? i could have done this at home, myself, for free! they said he had matting but they didn't even attempt to cut it out or even call to let us know first to make that decision. I bet they wouldn't treat their own dogs like that. first and last time I will ever bring my dog here, do not go here, the ladies were extremely rude and unapologetic! F this place
